year of leasing. All units are full until May 2011.
When
looking for student housing you should be asking a lot of
questions. One of those questions involves doing a little math
on your part, to see what you are really going to
spend on rent for the length of the lease in question. Don't
just look at the monthly rate! The majority of student housing
in Mt. Pleasant has gone to 10 or even 12 month
leases. Our leases are nine month, and you are only
charged for 9 months.
When
considering others, look carefully at the rate per month and
times it by 10 or 12 (whichever may be required) and then
compare.

rent deposit of $200 per person is required to sign*

Leases are signed by appointment only, and you must have your
drivers license

Go look at the house or apt. first, before you call for an
appointment to sign. Please look at the apts. at
reasonable times of the day.

of the units listed are fully licensed with the City of Mt.
Pleasant.
PLEASE NOTE: Some units will have an end table and lamp in
the living room. Furniture provided will not be removed.
*A
$200 RENT DEPOSIT and $60 cleaning fee (per person) are due at
the lease signing. Your $275 security deposit is due on or
before August 16, 2010. Cash, Check, or Money Orders will be
accepted.
Payment Options are as follows: A, B, and C (For $90 Rebate per
