2012/2013 CMU School Year

We are currently full for the upcoming school year.

When looking for student housing you should be asking a lot of questions. One of those questions involves doing a little math on your part, to see what you are really going to spend on rent for the length of the lease in question. Don't just look at the monthly rate!

When considering others, look carefully at the rate per month and times it by 10 or 12 (whichever may be required) and then compare. And, what are you paying in rent for the summer months?

 

  • A rent deposit of $200 per person is required to sign*

  • Leases are signed by appointment only, and you must have your drivers license

  • Go look at the house or apt. first, before you call for an appointment to sign. Please look at the apts. at reasonable times of the day.

  • We do not give out phone numbers of current tenants

 

ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE LEASE SIGNING.

 

THERE IS NO Application fee!  THERE IS NO Utility fee!  NO HIDDEN FEES!  EVER!!

All of the units listed are fully licensed with the City of Mt. Pleasant.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Some units will have an end table and lamp in the living room. Furniture provided will not be removed.

 

*A $200 RENT DEPOSIT and $60 cleaning fee (per person) are due at the lease signing. Your $275 security deposit is due on or before August 9, 2012. Cash, Check, or Money Orders will be accepted.

 

Payment Options are as follows: A, B, and C (For $90 Rebate per person)

 


  • (A) - One Payment: August 9, 2012
  • (B) - Three Payments: June 1, August 1, and November 1
  • (C) - Two Payments: July 1 and October 1
  • (D) - Three Payments (No Rebate): August 1, October 1, and Dec. 1
