Question: How do I go about looking for an apartment or house?

Answer:
Take
the list and narrow your choices to the ones
you would like to look at. Look at the units
during reasonable times of day. Knock on the
door and the current tenants will show it to
you. We do not give out phone numbers of current
tenants. This website is updated daily as to
what is rented for 2009/2010 and what is still
available. |

Question: How much is rent during the summer months?

Answer:
$550 per person for the entire summer. If you do
not need to move-in in May call for a rate. No
new leases will start after July 1. |

If you are a current tenant, it starts the day
your present lease ends. If you have a lease
signed for Fall, it can start the following
Saturday, (one week after graduation) up to July
1. No summer leases will begin after July 1. |
