Please check your lease for your move-in date. Early move-ins are for particular cases only, related to CMU employment or CMU athletics. Summer leases are an option.

We only rent for summer, to the tenants who have signed a lease for the Fall. We do not rent for summer only. Please call for further information on your unit.

It depends on which option you chose. Option A is due in full on 8/6/24. Option B is due: June 1,  August 1,  and November 1, 2024. Option C is due: July 1, and October 1, 2024. Option D is due: August 1, October 1, and December 1, 2024.

If you are on the financial aid plan you must have your copy of your award notice to me BY August 6, 2024 along with the $500. Your balance is due when you receive your financial aid. That would be a total due of $800. ($300 SD and $500 in rent)

Units are individual regarding furniture. Most are not furnished. SOME units contain an end table and lamp in the living room and some units have bar stools.

You will need to bring your car registration to the office and pick up a parking permit. Please call to set up an appointment.

We have units for one to five persons. Each unit is licensed with the city of Mt. Pleasant and only the number of people for that unit may reside there. See home page

Office hours are: Tuesday, August 6, 11 to 5 and Wednesday, August 7, 11:00 to 5:00. Read the purple reminder sheet regarding requirements and moving in at any other time that these dates and times.

Renters insurance covers your personal belongings. We strongly advise you purchase renters insurance if you are not covered on your parents home owner's policy.

Mail it to: P.O. Box 263, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48804-0263. Or, if you are in town, you may drop it off at the office (in the box that says mail or rent) at 600 S. University. Do not send anything addressed to 600 S. University, it must have the P.O on it. And do not send anything registered or certified to the P. O. Box.

$725 per person for the entire summer. If you do not need to move-in in May call for a rate. No new leases will start after June 15, 2024.

If you are a current tenant, it starts the day your present lease ends (May 4, 2024). If you have a lease signed for Fall, it can start as early as May 11, 2024.... up to June 15, 2024. No summer leases will begin after June 15, 2024. No subleasing for the summer.
